Bella Nico Inc. was established in 1995 with the addition of Veggie Values label frozen club pack vegetables. With this acquisition, the foundation was set to become a niche specialist company, providing products for both our customers and consumers. Bella Nico’s objective was to offer a quality line of products at a competitive cost. Veggie Values packaging provided convenience to the consumer on all 4lb and 5lb items. We offered a variety of items, 20 in all, to cater to specific and all consumers. Bella Nico was the first to present a clear 24 count, 3” Mini Cob Corn and the first to offer a 3 lb bag of Baby Lima Beans. Both items today rank in the top 5 in sales.

In 2026, Bella Nico is celebrating its 31 years in business. With that comes change. Veggie Values is looking towards the future by introducing our clear poly slogan “we’re not afraid to show you our quality”! That’s right; we have transformed all our Veggie Values packaging into a clear package. And that’s not all, we have downsized all 4# and 5# sizes to a uniform line of all 48oz sizes.
